Farmer Field School

Establishment of Farmer Field School «Conservation Agriculture Technologies» is an integral component of the project “Integrated Natural Resources Management in Degraded Landscapes in the Forest-Steppe and Steppe Zones of Ukraine”, implemented by the team of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations with the financial support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF).

The Farmer Field School (FFS) is a Training Programme that consists of theoretical and practical lessons that will be organized based on the operational farms and will run through the entire agricultural production season. This approach enables farmers to participate fully in discussing the most relevant issues and problems related to crops production from planting to harvesting.
